Faith-Family-Freedom Podcast Season 1, Episode 1

This is my first ever podcast by Faith-Family-Freedom! As a mother, the empty nest years have been the hardest of my life thus far. I am speaking from a place of failure, humility, and self-deprecation, not from a place of pride. I had to launch into something productive from that place of loneliness and isolation after completing the process of raising our children and watching as they leave the nest. I had to find a purpose to keep going on, keep growing not stagnating. After a lot of research, I found some ways in which, if I follow my own research, I could not just be surviving but thriving through these years. I hope my words can bring some comfort and hope to you as we follow this new chapter in life together. May God go with you and bless you along your journey.
